How are the reminders sent?
CONNECT Calendars sends reminders by emails only. If your business is located in Canada or the United States and you’d like to send reminders by email and SMS, check out CONNECTsms.
Can I customize my reminder messages?
Yes. CONNECT Calendars includes a number of default reminders messages, but you can create your own customer message templates as well.

CONNECT Calendars sends reminders by emails only.

Do I have to sign a contract?

All our subscriptions run month-to-month only. Cancel anytime.
What countries does CONNECT Calendars work with?
CONNECT Calendars will work for you no matter where you’re located on our marvellous blue globe (just remember to update your time zone in the Settings to your local time).
What if I need to connect to more than 5 calendars?
You can upgrade your account to add access to additional calendars for a small fee at any time.
What if I need more than 350 email reminders for a calendar?
Additional credits to send additional email reminders can be purchased at any time at a cost of 2 cents (CAD$) each.
For accounts with multiple User/Agents, the total number email reminders are available from a “pool” from which all User/Agents draw. This means excess credits from less active User/Agents will be accessed automatically by more active ones, ensuring that you’ll only ever need to purchase more credits when your account is truly low.
Can I add my staff or team members?
Yes, just choose the appropriate subscription package (or contact us for a custom package) to allow for additional User/Agents.
